Artworks

Payment terms:
•Mode of payment: PayPal invoice
•50% down payment is required to start the project.
•Receipt of down payment means that the client agrees to the project terms as stated in this agreement.
•Commercial use will cost twice the total commission cost.
•Commissions less than $15 must be paid upfront and are non-refundable.
•NSFW requests will be charged 50% extra of the total commission cost.
•Client is allowed 3 free “adjustments” provided that: changes are within the same initial theme, style and size. Extra changes are subject to additional cost of at least $10 per adjustment unless stated otherwise.
•Final payment is due before or upon art completion. Payment may be completed up to 1 month extension after painting completion. If after this period, payment is still outstanding, project may be considered terminated and artist has the right to sell the drawing to cover for cost and effort incurred.Refund policies:
Please note that the 50% down payment is non-refundable unless the refund was requested before the projects sketch begins.A refund may be issued when;•The client has paid in full and requested a refund before the project starts. 100% of the total commission price will be returned if the project has not been started.
•The artist cannot complete the project on the agreed deadline. No more than 50% of the total commission price will be returned.Timelines:
•This project is to start upon sketch after down payment is settled.
•Deadline is to be discussed
•Artist will update when possible or if the client asks
•If the artist fails to meet the deadline, the client will be notified as soon as possible to state the reason and request for an extension. Should the client refuse the deadline extension, a refund will be issued accordingly.Client’s rights:
•The client is allowed to request a highly de-saturated and watermarked preview of the completed work given that the client is yet to pay the remaining balance.
•The client may only use the commissioned work for personal use unless the client has paid commission for commercial use. Artist retains the copyright.
•The client must give credit to the artist if client decides to post the commissioned work online.
•The client may not resell or redistribute commissioned work more than once unless the client has paid for commercial use.
•The client can’t claim credit for the commissioned work or label it as their work.Clients rights (Live2d art):
•The client must give credit to the artist in their social media biographies or streaming platform description.
•The client may use live2d model for streaming and social media graphics.
•The client is allowed to ask for changes even after delivery of the commission. Major changes will be considered as a new commission order.
•The client is not allowed to redistribute the model files or post it in public domain.
•The client is not allowed to take parts from the model and reuse it for personal and commercial purposes.
•The client is not allowed to modify and/or resell the model.
•The client can’t claim credit for the commissioned work or label it as their work.Artist’s rights:
•The artist has the right to refuse a commission from the client.
•The artist retains copyright. ownership of the commissioned work.
•The artist is allowed to use their works for showcase and portfolio.
•The artist has the right to sell, reuse or redistribute commissioned works if the client has failed to pay final/outstanding balance after 1 month of completion.
